Booking Information
Booking Fee
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment date. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment when you attend.
If the fee hasn't been paid, your booking is void.
Cancellation Policy
- All booking fees are non-refundable
- You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice require full payment
- No shows are automatically banned from future treatments
