Terms & Conditions

A 50% Booking Fee is required to secure your appointment date. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment if you attend on the day. If the fee hasn't been paid then your booking is void.

All booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice, you will lose your fee. You can reschedule your appointment at any time up to 48 hours before by directly contacting us.

If you fail to attend your appointment on the day or you wish to cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, then payment is required in full for your treatment.

Please note this also includes failure to attend patch test/consultation appointments which will lead to a cancellation of treatment.

If full payment of the treatment hasn't been made then you will not be able to rebook any further treatments. No shows are automatically banned from any future treatments.

All new clients are required to have a patch test and consultation at least 48 hours before their first treatment. This is for your safety and allows us to check for any allergic reactions to the products used.

Failure to attend your patch test/consultation appointment will result in your treatment appointment being cancelled.

It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare advice provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the longevity of your treatment and Beautilash cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from improper aftercare.

Beautilash is fully insured and accredited. However, we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that occur after the 48-hour patch test period has passed, or for any issues arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information.
